Immanuel Graceview Courtyard

Lund-Ross worked closely with Immanuel Communities and Holland Basham Architects on an affordable senior housing project in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

The 58,000-square-foot wood-framed facility houses 28 one-bedroom and 28 two-bedroom units for 55 and over tenants. The team worked together to ensure that Iowa Finance Authority requirements were met on this first of two phases.

Phase 1 project was completed in Winter 2019 and Phase 2 delivered 60,000 square feet and 65 units in May of 2023.
