Capitol Rows Apartments

Lund-Ross built the new Capitol Rows Apartments near Creighton University in downtown Omaha. Capitol Rows was developed by owner Tetrad Development to create more affordable and safe housing for Creighton students in the downtown area.

A large parking lot was cleared from the jobsite and three separate buildings were built on the lot. Lund-Ross built 82 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with ample living and storage space, full kitchens, and stainless steel appliances. A commercial bay was finished on the northwest corner of the development, and gated parking was completed for tenants.

Lund-Ross finished the new Capitol Rows housing development on time in July 2011.
