Highlander Founder’s Row Townhomes

Lund-Ross was selected as construction manager for the Highlander Development in north Omaha. After working for many months on preconstruction efforts with the developer and each of the three architects that were brought on the team, ground was broken in September of 2015.

The Highlander Townhomes consist of two buildings containing five units each. Each has two bedrooms and one and a half baths on two stories.
