Highlander The Heights

Lund-Ross was selected as Construction Manager for the Highlander Development in north Omaha. After working for many months on preconstruction efforts with the developer and each of the three architects that were brought on the team, ground was broken in September of 2015.

The Heights are walk-up style apartments on the East side of 30th Street adjacent to the main development.

One-, two-, and three-bedroom units are included in the total of 36. Amenities include a pool, workout facility, community room and outdoor courtyard.

Completion was phased during the winter of 2017/2018.
