The Duke

LOCATION: Omaha, NE

Lund-Ross was selected to assist InvestWell Architects and developer, the Giddings Group out of Augusta, Georgia, in the development and construction of the Duke.

The Duke is a five-building, wood-framed complex compromising 283 apartment units. The eight-acre site is very tight and surrounded by business and housing. A concrete company formerly occupied the land and much planning was involved in designing the footings and foundations to support the structures.

Below the building, 400 parking spaces in a concrete podium will be constructed along with the large resident clubhouse.

The project was completed in Fall of 2019.
