The Swartz Driscoll building was completed in 1910 and has serviced a variety of purposes in over 100 years. Owner Laura Shiffermiller is worked with AO architects and Lund-Ross to completely renovate the structure.

The first level includes three condominiums with one large unit on the upper floor. A rooftop loft and deck were also constructed.

The building is on the National Historic Register and the process will be coordinated through the Landmarks Commission.

Construction was completed in December of 2019.
