Black Dog Development selected Lund-Ross as Construction Manager for the Ashton Building renovation, part of a larger development called Millwork Commons. The century old former furniture warehouse is comprised of three adjoined structures totaling over 180,000 square feet.

The structure will required all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing services along with a new roof and windows.

All renovations were done in accordance with state and federal guidelines to qualify for historic tax-credits.

The historic building houses multiple technology firms and the build-outs of those spaces incorporated the latest in high-tech design.
