Keeline Building

Lund-Ross continued a long time successful relationshipwith Shamrock Development for a renovation of the historic Keeline Building in downtown Omaha. Designed by iconic Omaha architect John Latenser and constructed in 1911, the landmark underwent an extensive renovation beginning in 2023. Offices and common areas were modernized throughout the building and multiple meeting, break and conference areas were created. A new storefront was constructed on the West and South facades. Lund-Ross coordinated and phased activities to minimize impact on the multiple retail and business clients that reside in the building.

The project was completed summer in March of 2024.
