Dana Village

Mickelsen and Blair Halls on the former Dana College campus in Blair Nebraska were completely renovated into affordable housing. The dormitories were transformed into 61 apartments for youth who have aged out of foster care. Lund-Ross was selected to work with architect Carlson West Povondra to oversee the process of creating 61 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments from the historic dorms that had fallen into disrepair. Early estimates and consulting assisted the development team in successfully applying for low-income and historic tax credits. Construction was completed on time and the buildings were turned over in April of 2024
