Lund-Ross led a fast-tracked project for Montessori Children’s Room to accommodate their growing student population.

The 6,500-square-foot addition was constructed on a tight site into a hill that required a large retaining wall.

The wood-framed structure houses multiple classrooms, offices and a multi-purpose room and hardened bathrooms that serve also as a storm shelter.

Throughout construction, classes and activities continued on the campus and required coordination with the staff to ensure safety and efficiency for the students and operations.

The project was completed on time and on budget in early 2020.
