Midland University Miller Hall

CLIENT: Midland University
LOCATION: Fremont, NE
ARCHITECT: Clark & Enersen

Midland University replaced the orignal 1947 Men’s Memorial Hall with Miller Hall as part of a phased campus investment to create comfortable, contemporary spaces for students. The new structure is built on the same footprint within the campus.

The 98 bed residence hall features suite-style living with the majority of students having a private bedroom and shared bathroom, kitchenette, and living room, depending on the floor plan. Several ADA compliant suites were also included.

Additional amenities include student lounges, study rooms, a student-centered multipurpose room and workout area, and laundry facilities on each floor.

Limestone elements salvaged from Men’s Memorial Hall were incorporated into the new structure.

Lund-Ross worked closely with Clark Enersen, owner rep CBRE and the university to meet a defined budget and required completion. The collaboration delivered the project on time and on budget.
