Midland Garage Door

Lund-Ross was engaged by the Nordick Group from North Dakota in July of 2022 to construct a new warehouse for Midland Garage Door in Springfield Nebraska.

The large 12-acre site was quickly graded and ready for construction shortly after. The structure is a 120,000-square-foot pre-cast concrete building 30 feet in height.

There are 30 overhead doors on one side and nine on the other.

Inside over 7,000 square feet of showroom, offices, restrooms and an employee breakroom were built out.

The entire project was completed in under ten months.
