Des Moines-based Smash Park chose Lund-Ross to construct their newest location in La Vista, Nebraska.

The venue has more than 45,000 square feet of space in total with a 30,000-square-foot interior space. Amenities include three bars plus a rooftop bar, big-screen televisions for showing sports events, outdoor shuffleboard and yard games, axe-throwing, bowling and a large commercial kitchen.

The main attractions are the multiple indoor and outdoor pickleball courts. Lund-Ross worked closely with the owners of Smash Park to incorporate lessons the group had learned in construction previous locations that allowed for an improved building and cost savings.

The project was ready for Smash Park to begin training their staff for multiple ‘soft openings’ in June of 2024 and came in right on budget.
