Lost Rail Golf Club

Lund-Ross was brought on a team with the AO architects and the top golf course builder in the United States to create all of the structures to support a new, highly anticipated private golf club in Gretna, Nebraska.

The first meeting was held in March of 2021 with the goal of opening the clubhouse in Summer of 2022. This required a high-level of collaboration amongst Lund-Ross and AO to determine not only the best materials for the project that would meet the budget, but what could be obtained in time to meet the schedule.

Our team engaged trusted sub-contractors and suppliers that met the tight timelines and kept the project on-budget.

The 2,200-square-foot clubhouse houses locker rooms, a large bar/gathering area, lounges, private meeting rooms and a cart storage area.

The maintenance building was constructed on the property to house the great amounts of equipment that a golf course requires along with other smaller buildings on the property.
