Woolworth Lofts

Lund-Ross began the renovation of this historic Old Market building in the Summer of 2015. The top four floors contain 44 one- and two-bedroom apartments of varying sizes and layouts. The 14,000 square feet on the second floor is for commercial tenants. A new entrance and elevator tower were constructed on the west side of the building. Restaurant and retail bays on the lower floors remained completely operational during all phases of construction and required a great amount of coordination and communication throughout the process. Tenants began moving in in December of 2017.

Historic tax-credits were used to finance the project and much care was taken to ensure that many existing aspects of the facility were maintained during construction. Tenants began moving in December of 2017.
