Orpheum Tower Apartments

Larry Lundquist and Horst Rossbund led the historic renovation of the Orpheum Tower in downtown Omaha. The 16-story building once served as headquarters for the City National Bank and is listed on the National Historic Registry.

The structure was gutted and rebuilt into residential space. Over 100 units were built in the Orpheum Tower, which offers studios and one and two bedroom units in a variety of floor plans.

The Orpheum Tower was completed on time and within the client’s budget.
