Bolts and Nuts Lofts

Lund-Ross served as the general contractor for the renovation of 12 residential units in the Omaha Nut, Bolt and Screw warehouse in downtown Omaha. The warehouse was built in 1889, and Lund-Ross completed the historic renovation of the building into residential and commercial space in 1992.

Crews gutted the interiors of 12 apartments on the upper floors of the building. New plumbing and furnaces were installed, and outdated windows were replaced with new energy efficient windows. Lund-Ross updated the loft units with new appliances, fixtures, counters, cabinets, and flooring.

The new Bolts and Nuts Lofts were completed by Lund-Ross on time and opened in November 2012.
