Benson Theatre

Lund-Ross has worked with Benson Theatre and Alley Poyner Macchietto for a few years developing plans and budgets as they successfully raised the money to renovate the historic theatre in downtown Benson.

When the project kicked off in July of 2020 it required a great amount of logistical planning to maintain safety and access for the busy pedestrian and traffic Maple Street.

The 7200-square-foot structure includes room for up to 300, a bar area, new restrooms, a mezzanine mechanical area and a new stage with sound and lighting equipment.

The project was completed summer 2021.
