Lund-Ross was once again engaged by Lord of Hosts Church to continue the expansion of their campus in Millard. Careful planning of site logistics was required throughout construction to accommodate large weekly services and ongoing activities safely. The 24,000-square-foot steel structure accommodates 1,670 worshippers in a high-tech sanctuary. Miles of cable run throughout to full-height video walls, a state-of-the-art audio system, and DMX-controlled interior and exterior lighting. A steel ‘sky-deck’ allows audio/visual professionals to adjust all of the equipment hanging 40 feet above the floor at any time, safely. The roof is a Tectum-insulated structure to ensure the best quality sound experience. Topping off the structure is a cross rising to 68 feet above the ground. The project was completed on time to allow the church to host their many local members and broadcast to others worldwide in the fall of 2024.
