Lund-Ross was again selected to assist First Christian Church with their facilities after constructing the original building over 10 years ago. Lund-Ross was brought on early to work with Risepointe Architects to assist with budgeting and provide valuable consulting to the team.
This project addressed over 22,000 square feet of the building, including multiple youth ministry areas, classrooms, commons, a secondary worship center, and restrooms to accommodate their growing membership. First Christian remained a busy place during the year of construction, which required detailed phasing and planning The project needed to be completed before the busy holiday season and was delivered to the client in October of 2024.
