KANEKO
CLIENT: KANEKO
LOCATION: Omaha, NE
ARCHITECT: Stanley J. How Architects
Lund-Ross completed a renovation project for nonprofit cultural organization KANEKO in downtown Omaha. KANEKO spans three historic warehouse buildings in the Old Market District. The facility houses the state-of-the-art KANEKO-University of Nebraska Omaha library and the 9,000-square-foot BowTruss multi-use space.
Lund-Ross built new multi-level exhibit galleries, creative programming spaces, and multi-media rooms into the BowTruss warehouse and installed a new freight elevator. The renovations tripled the usable space for KANEKO and its partners. The renovation was completed on schedule by Lund-Ross in late May 2013.
