Lund-Ross served as the Construction Manager at Risk for a large addition project to the north Omaha headquarters of Girls, Inc. Named after a principal who was a pioneer at Omaha Public Schools, the new Katherine Fletcher Center features programs to meet the health, fitness, education, and parking needs of the growing Girls, Inc.program in the Omaha area.
 
Lund-Ross broke ground on the 55,000-square-foot addition in May 2014. The center is situated on the east side of the existing Girls, Inc. facility on North 45th Street. The center houses a gymnasium, an enlarged fitness center, a teen room, a new media center, and a new health clinic. Girls, Inc. partnered with the University of Nebraska Medical Center and Lund-Ross to build the clinic to expand health care services to Girls, Inc. members and North Omaha residents.
 
The new Girls, Inc. Katherine Fletcher Center was completed on-budget and on-time in May of 2016.
