The Duke of Omaha recently completed

Lund-Ross recently completed the Duke of Omaha for the Giddings Group of Augusta, Georgia.  The eight-acre project at 46th and Dodge on the east side of Dundee consists of five four-story buildings stretching from north to south. Each building has indoor parking totaling 450 spaces. Amenities include a pool, a fitness center, a dog park, a bike-repair shop, electric vehicle charging stations and a concierge service. The Lund-Ross team consisted of project manager Chris Harnly and superintendent Andy Kavan.
