The Rise on Broadway

Lund-Ross served as the Construction Manager at Risk for the second redevelopment project for J Development in the historic 100 block of West Broadway in downtown Council Bluffs, Iowa. 24 one- bedroom apartments sit above 16,000 square feet of space which will house a restaurant, bar and future tenants.

Lund-Ross worked closely with Alley Poyner Macchietto and J Development through pre-construction to ensure that the budget and scope expectations were met. The apartments feature high ceilings, modern finishes and large windows.

Each apartment on the top floor is set back to allow for its own private, front balcony. The exterior features brick, glass and metal paneling, and a rear surface parking lot.

The Rise was the sixth successful collaboration with this team and the fourth in the historic 100 Block.
