Lund-Ross competed a fifth project with owner J Development at the major intersection of 72nd and Dodge in Omaha.

The site is a former two-level furniture store. The roof was removed and structural steel for a two-level podium was placed through the ground level supported by deep foundations into the basement. The basement is all parking while level one is parking, office tenant and some units. 130 parking stalls were created.

The Swivel contains 158 market-rate apartments, 3,000 square feet of office space, an upper-level “sky lounge” for residents, outdoor courtyard with fire pits and grills, a fitness center and on-site management.

The project was completed in April of 2022.
