Legacy Senior Residences

Lund-Ross built the new Legacy Senior Residences in Olathe, Kansas. The new complex provides the Kansas City suburb with more affordable senior housing options.

A team of local Olathe subcontractors was assembled by Lund-
Ross to build the new two-story residential facility. Crews built 48 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with large layouts and intercom technology for emergency medical assistance. An exercise facility, community areas, and private detached parking garages were also built by Lund-Ross. Energy-efficient windows and appliances were installed throughout the building to meet Kansas state requirements for sustainable construction.

The new Legacy Senior Residences were completed by Lund-Ross on time in 12 months.
