Lund-Ross served as the Construction Manager at Risk for a large addition project to the north Omaha headquarters of Girls Inc. Named for a pioneering Omaha Public Schools principal, the new Katherine Fletcher Center features programming to meet the health, fitness, education, and parking needs of the growing Girls Inc.

Lund-Ross broke ground on the 55,000-square-foot addition in May 2014. The center is built on the east side of the existing Girls Inc. facility on North 45th Street. The Katherine Fletcher Center features a gymnasium, an enlarged fitness center, a teen room, a new media center, and a new health clinic. Girls Inc. is partnering with the University of Nebraska Medical Center and Lund-Ross to build the clinic to expand health care services to Girls Inc. members and north Omaha residents.
