Joslyn Lofts

Lund-Ross completed the renovation of a warehouse in downtown Omaha into the upscale Joslyn Lofts. The structure originally served as a storage facility for previous owners like the Western Newspaper Union and Bekins Moving Storage.

The Joslyn Lofts building is a cast-in-place concrete structure. The building features a large amount of ornamental ceramic terra cotta on the central entryway and on window sills, cornices and moldings. Lund- Ross restored these historic elements as well as the structure’s brick exterior.

Lund-Ross built one and two bedroom units into the Joslyn Lofts building. The units feature cherry wood floors, floor-to-ceiling glass walls and walk-in closets. Amenities like designer kitchens and private balconies are included in every unit, and underground parking was built by Lund-Ross

The Joslyn Lofts building was completed on time and within budget by Lund-Ross. The successful renovation led the way for many similar developments in the downtown Omaha area
