Lund-Ross built the new Capitol Rows Apartments near Creighton University in downtown Omaha. Capitol Rows was developed by owner Tetrad Development to create more affordable and safe housing for Creighton students in the downtown area.

The Brandeis Building

Lund-Ross served as general contractor for the $18.4-million historical restoration of The Brandeis in downtown Omaha. Designed in a Neo-Renaissance architectural style, the structure was built in 1906 to house the flagship store of the J.L. Brandeis & Sons department store chain.
The project was honored with a regional Excellence in Construction Award in 2010. The Brandeis received national acclaim when it was honored as one of America’s best construction projects by Associated Builders and Contractors in 2011.

Legacy Senior Residences Colorado

Lund-Ross built the new Legacy Senior Residences in Fort Collins, Colorado. The housing development is located in the up-and-coming River District in downtown Fort Collins.
A team of local subcontractors was assembled by Lund-Ross to build the new four-story brick and precast stone building. Crews built 72 one-bedroom and two-bedroom units as well as exercise centers, community dining areas, and community social rooms. Sustainable products including a standing seam metal roof, energy-efficient windows and appliances, and low-VOC paints and carpets were used throughout the project. New parking and landscaping was also completed for the housing development.
