First National Bank Child Development Center

Lund-Ross built a new child development center for First National Bank. The 20,776 square-foot facility houses 14 classrooms and various learning centers.

Lund-Ross built a number of play spaces into the one-story child development center. The exterior play area contains three separate playgrounds that are enclosed by a precast concrete security wall. An indoor and outdoor water play space was constructed, and new winding sidewalks, playground equipment, and landscaping were all installed on the center’s grounds.

The First National Bank Child Development Center was completed by Lund-Ross on time and within the specified budget.
