Lund-Ross served as the Construction Manager at Risk for the new Omaha headquarters of Medical Solutions. Medical Solutions is
a travel nursing company with offices in Nebraska, California, Mississippi, and Ohio.

The Omaha offices for Medical Solutions are located in a 36,625-square-foot space on the third floor of the Westroads Office Park consisting of 150 employees. Lund-Ross built new shared and open office space, private glass-enclosed offices, state-of-the-art conference and training rooms, a break room/kitchen, massage and nap rooms. The modern offices feature an advanced audiovisual system and TVs in nearly every room. Sustainable construction materials including reclaimed lumber were used throughout the project.

Lund-Ross worked closely with the owner, architect and vendors to
find several value engineering items throughout the project that
would help reduce the overal project costs. The new Medical Solutions headquarters was completed ahead of time and significantly under the original project budget.
