Lund-Ross led a phased renovation of the Omaha headquarters of HDR, Inc. HDR was founded in Omaha in 1917 and is a global firm that provides architecture, engineering, consulting, and related services. The project consisted of an expansive remodel to HDR’s Omaha corporate headquarters.

Lund-Ross remodeled the main entry and ground floor common areas of HDR’s headquarters at 84th and Dodge streets. Existing office space on the ground floor was converted into a large new presentation space with new mechanical, electrical, and fire sprinkler systems, a new sound booth, and new finishes. On the second floor, a conference room was renovated into a cafeteria, and a new material library was built on the fourth floor. The entire fifth floor was remodeled with new open office space, conference rooms, a kitchen, and three executive offices.

The project team worked together to successfully complete the project with minimal disruption to HDR’s daily operations. The end result was a one-of-a-kind office space. HDR’s renovation was completed by Lund- Ross in February 2014.
