Lund-Ross Residential Projects

Lund-Ross has delivered hundreds of millions of dollars in residential construction projects since we finished our first project in 1987. We employ a thorough understanding of all areas of residential construction and have a proven track record of delivering quality housing projects on time and within budget.
Experienced
Lund-Ross has completed residential projects of all scopes and sizes, including new construction, historic renovation, multi-family, senior and affordable housing, and private custom homes. We have completed over $300 million in projects funded with historic tax credits, LIHTC, and other funding sources.
Accurate
Lund-Ross project managers produce accurate early estimates and value engineering options in order to deliver a project on time and within budget. During a project’s planning stages, Lund-Ross works with the owner and architect to identify constructability issues and incorporate building concepts that will save a project time and money.
Accountable
We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver projects to owners on time and budget. Lund-Ross undergoes heavy project preplanning in order to avoid delays and eliminate contractor-driven change orders during construction. Our project teams maintain close communication with owners and architects throughout all phases of construction to ensure that every Lund-Ross project meets the high standards of our clients and our company.
Award-Winning
Our commitment to quality results in award-winning projects. Lund-Ross has been honored with over 10 Excellence in Construction awards for residential projects, including national accolades for the historic renovation of the Hughes-Irons building into high-end residential and commercial space and the historic renovation of The Brandeis into luxury apartments and condos. Other award-winning residential projects include the LEED certified P.E. Iler Building, The Rows at SoMa urban housing development, and the 1000 Dodge Condominiums.
