Pinnacle Fitness Club

Lund-Ross completed a multi-phased renovation of the Pinnacle Fitness Club on the bottom two floors of the Scoular Grain Building in downtown Omaha. Pinnacle was originally finished by Lund-Ross during a large-scale renovation of the Scoular Grain Building in the late 1980s.

The half-basketball court was removed to make room for extended cardio and training facilities, and the running track was resurfaced. New pool and spa equipment was installed by Lund-Ross, and the full-size swimming pool was retiled. Racquetball courts, exercise rooms, and administrative offices were renovated, and new finishes were installed to update the facility and give it a modern look.

The renovation of the Pinnacle Fitness Club was completed by Lund-Ross on time for New Year’s Day 2011.
