Omaha Park 8

Lund-Ross built the Omaha Park 8 parking garage in downtown Omaha. The cast-in-place parking structure measures over 430,000 square feet.

Eight parking tiers house 1,293 stalls, and each stall is 8.5 feet wide. Lund-Ross also constructed a new 650-foot tunnel beneath Dodge Street that connects Omaha Park 8 to the Union Pacific Railroad headquarters building.

Lund-Ross was awarded the bid in 2002 and completed Omaha Park 8 in early 2004.
