Lund-Ross completed the historic renovation of the Brandeis Building in downtown Omaha. The landmark high-rise was converted to a mixed-use development of luxury condominiums and apartments and high-end retail and office space. Lund-Ross was hired as the general contractor after the original owner bankrupted the project. Lund-Ross finished over 120 luxury apartments and amenities like weight rooms and a movie theater. The historic renovation project included cleaning the massive structure’s exterior, updating the existing Brandeis Food Court and renovating a 50,000 square-foot mezzanine space under 17th Street.
